DHC Cares was founded by two partners drawing on their four decades of experience in construction, real estate, and management. Sergey has been heavily involved in all aspects of real estate and frequently heard from his clients that they wanted to know what needed to be maintained in their homes. Gonzalo has been doing maintenance and repairs, remodels and construction. His clients often wanted to hire his company to clean the roof or the gutters but wanted the option to make monthly payments instead of a lump sum once the job was done.

DHC Cares successfully merges both needs, evaluates its clients’ homes, creates a comprehensive maintenance plan and gives the option to make budget friendly monthly payments.

Owners of single family homes, condos, and townhomes enjoy the simplicity of having someone else take care of the maintenance needs of their home without having to worry if the house will catch on fire because the dryer vent hasn’t been cleaned or if there will be water intrusion causing substantial interior damages because the gutters have been cleaned before the rainy season.
