What if your High Risk Component Inspection doesn’t meet my HOA requirements?
We get condos and HOAs and guarantee compliance. Our experienced professionals know what to look for. On the off chance your HOA has a requirement we are unable to fulfil, we’ll refund you the full cost of the inspection no questions asked.
Can I “fail” the inspection?
Possibly. It all depends on the condition of your condo or townhome. But don’t worry. We are a full service construction, repair and maintenance contractor and can address whatever may require additional attention.
