Not quite. Our focus is on ensuring your condo is in compliance with your HOA requirements. We pay closer attention to the things your Board of Directors wants inspected and provide a certificate of compliance tailored to your specific needs.

I am one of your existing customers with a maintenance plan. Do I need to book a separate inspection?

No! All of our maintenance plans include a free high risk component certification.

What if your High Risk Component Inspection doesn’t meet my HOA requirements?

We get condos and HOAs and guarantee compliance. Our experienced professionals know what to look for. On the off chance your HOA has a requirement we are unable to fulfil, we’ll refund you the full cost of the inspection no questions asked.

Can I “fail” the inspection?

Possibly. It all depends on the condition of your condo or townhome. But don’t worry. We are a full service construction, repair and maintenance contractor and can address whatever may require additional attention.
