What happens after I sign up?

We will schedule an initial appointment to perform a review of your home’s systems, identify ongoing maintenance needs, label shut off valves, and prepare a home care plan. We’ll look at things that may require immediate repairs as well.

How often will your technician come to my home?

Bi-annually. Some preventative maintenance items will be done once a year and some will be done every time one of our techs is at your house. We are a full service construction, repair, and maintenance company so we are always available for additional visits as well.

Are you home inspectors?

Not quite. A home inspector does just that – inspect. They don’t clean your gutters, replace your furnace filters, or clean the roof. We are laser focused on making sure preventative maintenance is done.

I am one of your customers and decided to sell my house. What should I do?

All of our maintenance plans are transferable when the property sells. We’ll even give the buyer all the inspection and maintenance records!

How can I waive the setup fee?

Our maintenance plans vary in length. We perform the initial inspection and setup without a fee with a three year contract.

I have a particular maintenance item that I would like completed but it is not on your list.
