Description

Our Basic Maintenance Plan Includes:

1. 1. Free High Risk Component Certification
   2. Check for water leaks:
      • under sinks
      • around garbage disposal
      • around toilets
      • toilet tank / fill valve
      • dishwasher water supply
      • refrigerator water supply
      • laundry / washer supply
      • water heater
   3. Check all shut off valves for proper operation (requires presence of a main water shut off valve) 
   4. Check electrical panel for tripped breakers
   5. Check fire extinguisher gauge & expiration date
   6. Replace smoke & CO detector batteries
   7. Replace furnace filter
   8. Vacuum furnace air intake
   9. Vacuum in-wall electric heater registers
   10. Vacuum bathroom & laundry exhaust
   11. Clean kitchen hood range filter
